Musso Consul (l5) Ice cream machine

The Musso Consul (L5) is the largest machine in the Musso family. A capacity of 12 liters of delicious ice cream per hour. Completely made of stainless steel, so easy to clean. The wheels under the machine make it easy to clean the machine from behind and elsewhere. This machine is also equipped with a water connection. That makes cleaning even easier. The Consul is also called the "Club" or L4 in some countries.

The net capacity of an ice cream maker depends on many factors. The most important is the amount of sugar in the product. Sugar acts as an anti-freeze, so the capacity is smaller if there is less sugar in your product.
Then the ambient temperature plays an important role. Always place an ice cream machine as cool as possible. So never in the sun. This is an air-cooled machine. So no need to use cooling water. Give the machine space to "breathe". Give it at least 50 cm space at the front and the sides.
