Shipping outside Europe: the procedure

Every day, we ship dozens of packages with our replacement parts all over the world.
Our primary shipping area is all countries within Europe. The procedure for shipping to countries outside Europe is as follows:

  • Step 1 Send us an email with the item number and description of the desired item, and, of course, the quantity you wish to order.
    Also, provide your name, address, postal code, and country. If it's a company, please also provide the company name, as well as a phone number and email address.
  • Step 2 You will receive an estimate from us regarding the size and weight of the box.
  • Step 3 Buy a shipping label online from an international carrier, such as DHL or FedEx.

  • Step 4 You will receive an invoice from us for the desired item and a payment link.

    As soon as we receive your shipping label and you have paid for the item, we will affix it to the box and take the box to the local office of the shipping company.
    You can track the journey of your package yourself using the tracking code. Use your own address as the recipient and use the address below as the sender:
