What do you need?
Suitable for 720 grams of Strawberry Sorbet ice cream
- 500 g strawberries
- 175 g sugar
- Half a lemon
Preparation method
Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly. Then remove the stems. Puree the strawberries with the sugar until smooth. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, turn it on, and let it run until the sorbet is smooth and compact. If desired, serve the strawberry sorbet with a few mint leaves.
