	The Italian manufacturer Musso is just about the market leader for small professional ice cream makers and sorbetieres. Topper of the range is of course the world famous Musso Stella, also know as Home and L2.. This is the most sold ice machine in the Netherlands for use in restaurants that make their own ice cream. All Musso machines come with a 12-month warranty. How it started Musso is a real family business, founded in 1928 by Piero Musso. Initially, he made machines for making flake ice. These machines were sold to butcher shops and fish shops to keep the food fresh in the warm Italian climate. Musso made his first ice cream maker in 1935. Musso is now one of the largest manufacturers of small ice cream machines and sorbetieres in the world.
