Payment NOT succesful
Dear customer,
Thank you for your order.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us within five minutes.
If this is not the case, it is advisable to check the spam box of your e-mail
program.
In practice, it sometimes happens that confirmations of orders by Internet
providers are seen as spam.
If you really have not received this confirmation, please send us a message.
Then we will send it to you manually.
But unfortunately your payment was not in order!
Perhaps something went wrong technically, the wrong payment method was chosen or
was deliberately canceled.
If you still want the articles, you can do 2 things:
Place your order again and choose the correct payment method now.
On request we can also email you the invoice, possibly with a payment link, so
that you can still pay online. Do you want this? Send us a message.
Invoice / VAT
We will provide you with a personal invoice in the box. This specifies the VAT.
Handy for our business customers.
Shipment
Once the items are packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us
with the tracking number.
You can always follow the status of your package via this e-mail.
Usually delivery of parcel post takes a few days after your payment has been
received.
